Friendly and Efficient Service

During my recent stay at this hotel, I experienced a situation that truly impressed me. Upon arrival, I discovered that the room I had booked wasn't available. However, the staff quickly resolved the issue and upgraded me to a more spacious suite with a beautiful balcony. Their efficiency and friendly demeanor made me feel valued as a guest.

Although the hotel lacked certain amenities, such as a sauna/steam room and onsite catering, this did not hinder my overall experience. The location was convenient, with the downtown core within walking distance.

Unclean, but Comfortable. Unfortunately, there were some cleanliness issues with the room, such as a dusty refrigerator and a bathtub that wasn't clean.

This hotel apartment is clean, spacious and has helpful staff. The location is convenient as it is near a grocery store and transportation. Additionally, the view from the balcony is beautiful, facing the lake and away from the city.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at the hotel. The suite I stayed in was incredibly spacious and comfortable, making me feel right at home. The bed was so comfortable that I had a great night's sleep every night. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, providing me with any assistance I needed during my stay. The continental breakfast, though basic, covered all the essentials. I would highly recommend this hotel for its spacious and comfortable suites.
